Before I show you all some images of some of my most FAV people in the world let me start by saying that had it NOT been for this job that I love so much, I probably never would have met Emily and her two perfect little ones.  I could go on and on but the fact of the matter is that something “bigger” was working in my favor that day as it ALWAYS has really.  I am blessed beyond belief and I assure you a day does not go by that I don’t thank the good Lord for everything he has given me.  A wonderful husband and children, my extended family that are not really family but that is what I consider them to be.  They love me like family!  (yall know who you are, and I love you VERY much)  LOL, almost always that is a good thing.  And most of all my friends that without them I truly would be nothing.  The support and encouragement I have been given could NEVER be repaid.    I know that most people say business is business and it should not be mixed with friendship.   Eh, probably true but sorry, that is just not me.  Does it get me in tough spots sometimes?  Oh yeah it does, but I think,  no I KNOW that the reason I have been successful in my life  AND my business is that I always try and treat each and every one of my clients like they are friends. I get run over from time to time and my feelings hurt but who doesn’t get their feelings hurt  right?  It’s just part of life.   But I always try and treat them the way I want to be treated.  It’s a “home town”  southern girl kinda feeling and be it wrong OR right it works for me.  I am truly sincere in each and every blog post and I mean every single word.

I will probably never be the “rock star”  famous photographer you see on the news stands and that is totally ok with me too.  Ok, I will confess I always wanted to be FAMOUS  at something  but as long as I am doing everything I can to make whoever happy and take care of my amazing family, I am just fine.   More than I can count I have been told by my brides/clients “Patsy, you make me feel and look so wonderful and we love being around you”  its the GREATEST compliment I can have.    So thank you EVERYONE for sticking with me being my friends and trusting me with your most precious moments!   It’s really kinda cool being me sometimes.  LOL!   And it’s EVEN more cool to know all of you!  I am VERY humbled by your devotion to me as a photographer and as MY friend!  How did I get so lucky?

So now a few images of my GOOD friend Emily’s beautiful, blessed children.  They are blessed to be here (as we all are)  but most of all they are blessed to have one of the most amazing Mom’s I have ever had the pleasure of knowing.  I have been debating back and forth on even making a post like this but being with my friend today finally made me make this (a bit personal kinda)  post.  Love ya Em!

Isn’t she lovely?  I have much, much more to show and tell from Chris and Danielle’s fabulous FUN wedding but I did promise a few portraits first of the beautiful bride.  And you all know I ALWAYS keep my promises right?

You just never know where you might see me and my pretty clients!  A barn, a parking lot or yes even the side of the road.  I can’t really take credit for this location though, Amanda found it and I must admit I rather loved it.  Thanks yall for thinking of me and CONGRATS on your marriage!  Oh, and M is just BEAUTIFUL!   God Bless yall!

Oh yeah, I been waiting on this wonderful couple of mine to have a baby for 5 years!  Or wait, has it been 6?  No matter, I was so excited when Leigh and Zach called me.  THRILLED even!  I had the pleasure of being there when they married and now little man W is going to be stuck with me for a LONG time!  So excited !

So without further a due…  wait, is that a word?  LOL.   Isn’t he cute?  Such a sweetie too!

What a sweet, wonderful, beautiful couple.  I have enjoyed working and getting to know Carrie and Jared and their families so very much!  Carrie as you can see is simply STUNNING and Jared is quite the handsome young man too.  I mean really, I just cannot wait to see this couples children.  <wink>  I was just overcome with emotion during this wedding.  First off Jared’s gift to Carrie was a Bible with her married name on it.  I just think that is awesome.  Then, the way they look at each other just took me over.  I just loved it.   Thank yall so very much for EVERYTHING!  Luker and I so loved seeing yall.

Luker…do I need to tell you how wonderful I think you are?  I am afraid if I keep it up you may not be able to get in my car for our next wedding.  LOL.  Love you!

Kebbie Hollingsworth is soooooooooooo the bomb!  FABULOUS job as always Kebbie.  I think I see you a few times this weekend huh?

Betty Weber…will you MARRY ME?  LOL!  I love you and so did EVERYONE at this wedding.  The cake was as ALWAYS perfect!  You’re the BEST there is my friend!

Nancy at Nancy’s Haute Affairs once again made everything just perfect!  I always love working with Nancy and her whole crew.

Casey at Old Christ and the Barkley is house is as always my VERY favorite!

Maci is the daughter of one of my BESTEST friends from…well…it was a LONG time ago. It was high school actually.    But honestly we have not aged a bit I do not believe.  Kathy is my friend and Maci’s Mommy!  They came all the way from our home town (kinda) just to have Maci’s Sr images made.  I was soooo very happy to do this but even MORE happy to see my friends.  I MISS YALL!   Kathy, now when we were in school did we do images like this?  I think not.  LOL.  Thank you Kathy and Maci for taking me to dinner too.  I love yall and I LOVE these few images of the BEAUTIFUL  Maci.  We have tons so stay tuned for MUCH more ok?   Maci, you are just precious, thank you one more time for being so great!  See yall really soon…I hope!
